The Government of Japan has granted the Afzaal Memorial Thalassemia Foundation Rs9.5 million for intensive care unit equipment in Karachi under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects. The agreement was signed by Japan Consul General Masaharu Sato and Thalassemia Foundation CEO Dr Asim Qidwai. Press release
