Caretaker CM points out tourism potential of Taxila, Harappa

Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi highlighted on Saturday that there are ample opportunities of cooperation in cultural and tourism sectors with the Republic of Korea.

He was speaking to Ambassador of Korea Suh Sangpyo who called on him to discuss matters of mutual interest, enhancement or trade relations, tourism, culture andcooperation in various sectors.

He said Pakistan and Korea had excellent cordial and economic contacts, adding that the mutual relations could be promoted by enhancing exchange of delegations.

Naqvi said sites like Taxila and Harappa could attract Korean tourists.

The caretaker CM underscored that the Punjab government was keen to benefit from the Korean experience to promote tourism.

The ambassador of the Republic of Korea, Suh Sangpyo, expressed the desire to promote bilateral relations.
