Security measures at Police Lines reviewed

Inspector General of Punjab Police Dr Usman Anwar and Chief Secretary Punjab Zahid Akhtar Zaman visited Police Lines Qila Gujjar Singh and inspected the security arrangements of Police Lines, the mess, residential barracks and other buildings.

SP Headquarters briefed the senior officers on Saturday, upon which IG Punjab ordered improved facilities for personnel.

IG Punjab and the Chief Secretary checked the quality of food, while inquiring about any potential problems.

SP Headquarters was ordered to prioritise the convenience of lady officers and to solve officers’ problems.
