Man, infant son killed as coach overturns

A man and his infant son were killed when a passenger bus overturned near Korangi Godam Chowrangi. Eight passengers, including two women, were also injured in the accident.

The police and Edhi volunteers, responding to distress calls, reached the spot and rescued the passengers from the overturned coach.

According to the rescue officials, the driver of New Afridi Coach lost control of vehicle due to speeding and it overturned. The crash left 45-year-old Dildar Hussain and his infant son Haram Ali dead on the spot whose bodies were brought to Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre for legal formalities.
