It’s raining cricketer grooms this wedding season and batsman Imamul Haq is thinking of jumping the bandwagon purely out of the fear of missing out. Thinking out loud on Twitter, he prompted some friendly banter, engaging Shadab Khan, who recently tied the knot.
Imam took to the micro-blogging site with pictures of him wearing a golden turban. “[I’m] tired of wardrobe trials for attending someone else’s wedding. I think ab humein bhi kuch sochna paray ga janab (I think now we have to think of something too, mister)” he wrote, while giving photo credits to captain Babar Azam.

Witty as ever, Shadab replied, “Imam, the problem isn’t that you want to marry someone. The problem is, who will marry you?”
Imam problem yeh nahi ke tum shadi kerna chahtay ho problem yeh ke tum se kaun shadi kerna chahta hai

Although funny, the joke backfired for Shadab when Imam had a reply that had us laughing out loud. “I used to think the same but then I thought if you could get married, then I will too,” he wrote.
Pehly mein bhi yei samajhta tha but phir mein ne kaha k agar teri ho sakti hy to phir apna bhi kaam ban e jae ga😂

The all-rounder Fawad Alam also commented on the post and teased Imam to not hide anything. “Immi, stop the drama already. Tell the truth. [Say that] you went for our own wardrobe trial now,” with a wink emoji.
Immi dramay na kro, such bta do apny wardrobe selection k liay gae thy na tum 😜

Cricketers Haris Rauf, Shadab, and Shan Masood tied the knot recently. Haris and Shan’s wedding with the love of their lives was a magical dream while Shadab chose to not share pictures from his event.
