Emergency Service: No Eid break for Rescue officials
Rescue 1122’s emergency posts would be set up at different points in the city.

Rescue 1122 has cancelled the Eid holidays of its officials and directed them to be present at major mosques, worship places and other Eidgahs to deal with any emergencies. Addressing a special meeting on Thursday, district emergency officer Mian Riffat Zia highlighted special measures taken by the organisation for stand-by emergency arrangements during Eid. He said Rescue 1122’s emergency posts would be set up at different points in the city. He asked the people to contact rescue officials at their landline no (041-9201540) in case 1122 helpline was unavailable during Eid holidays.
