Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is a heartthrob not just in India but across the globe. Fondly called King Khan, he has not had a big release in the past four years. But that does not stop him from bagging a top spot on the list of the wealthiest actors in the world. SRK has emerged as the fourth richest actor in the world after Jerry Seinfeld, Tyler Perry and ‘The Rock’ Dwayne Johnson.
According to the ‘Richest Actors in the World' list released by World of Statistics on Twitter on Sunday, SRK featured as the only Indian actor on the list with a $770 million or INR6, 306 crore net worth. The list was topped by American comedian and actor Jerry who has a net worth of $1 billion. Tom Cruise, Jackie Chan, George Clooney and Robert De Niro rounded off the top eight.
Shah Rukh is gearing up for the release of his film Pathaan. The actor, who has been busy promoting the action film on social media, recently attended an event in Noida. Now, photos of him meeting some lucky fans have surfaced on Twitter. The actor not only took time out from his busy schedule, but also hosted the fans at his hotel room, and posed for photos.
A fan took to the micro-blogging site to share a series of images from his meeting with Shah Rukh. He revealed that the actor met him in the middle of the night. Sharing a photo of himself kissing Shah Rukh on the cheek, and another picture of them smiling and embracing one another, the fan tweeted, "Thank you Shah Rukh Khan for taking your time out for us at 2am. No other superstar would do this for their fans.”
