Squads of police and Rangers rolled into the Gulshan Sikandarabad area of Keamari district’s notorious Jackson neighbourhood for a combing operation on the night between Wednesday and Thursday.
Law enforcers banged on the doors calling out men to check their CNICs while policewomen went inside for a quick search.
Jackson police and Rangers detained more than a dozen suspects during a joint investigative operation in Gulshan Sikandarabad during Wednesday and Thursday night.
The entire area was cordoned off, and no one could leave or enter the site before and during the operation.
