Actor Feroze Khan allowed son’s custody for five days

Court orders Feroze to pay ex-wife Rs80,000 per month for children

The East District Family Court has ordered the well-known actor Feroze Khan to pay Rs50,000 per month for monthly expenses for his son Sultan and Rs30,000 for his daughter Fatima.

In the child possession case between the Feroze and Syeda Alizey Fatima Raza, the co0urt ruled that though he could keep his son for few days, he would have to deposit his CINC and passport with the court lest he flees abroad with the child. The Family Court gave the decision on the request of famous actor Feroze Khan for meeting with his children, extradition request and upkeep expenses.

The court ordered Feroze to pay 50,000 to son Sultan and 30,000 to daughter Fatima before the 14th of every month. The court also ordered his ex-wife Syeda Alizey Fatima Raza to hand over the custody of Feroze's son Sultan to his father for five days.

The court said in the order that Sultan will be with his father from December 22 to December 27. As a father, Feroze has the right to spend time with his children. Feroze's daughter is seven months old and cannot live without her mother, therefore court cannot give her custody to her father.

The children's mother verbally told the court that her son Sultan had stayed with his father a night ago.

The court also ordered Feroze to deposit Rs100,000 as surety and as long as Sultan remains with Feroze, he will keep his passport and identity card with the court's Naazir.
