Killer of NED student handed over to police

The Judicial Magistrate West handed over the accused who killed an NED student to police for six-day remand.
The murder trial of Bilal Naseer, a 21-year-old student of NED University, was heard before the court of Judicial Magistrate West in Karachi City Court.
According to details, the arrested accused, Nizam, killed 21-year-old Bilal Naseer for offering resistance during a robbery bid near University Road.
The arrested accused, Nizam, was produced before the court. The court ordered the investigating officer to submit a progress report at the next hearing and sent accused on six-day remand.
According to the police, the accused was arrested after a police encounter. The primary suspect and accomplice of the main accused is still at large. Raids are being conducted to arrest him.
