Despite divorce rumours, Shoaib, Sania move ahead with 'The Mirza Malik Show'
Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik and his wife, ace Indian tennis player Sania Mirza’s separation has been the talk of the town lately. The couple has neither confirmed nor denied the rumours, instead, they have gone forward with the release of their much-awaited talk show.
Taking to Instagram, Malik posted an official teaser trailer of The Malik Mirza Show. In the video shared online, the duo introduce themselves, clad in formal black attires, then, move on to credit Spotify as the show's main sponsor.
In the clip, the pair also revealed that the aforementioned talk show will revolve around music and celebrity gossip and include a variety of guests from the entertainment industry. HSY, Imran Abbas, and Humayun Saeed are just a few famous faces that make an appearance in the trailer, leaving the audience more excited for its premiere.
Although an official date for the show is yet to be announced, Malik disclosed that the show's launch is close.
"Coming Soon," wrote Malik, while requesting his audience to stay tuned to Urduflix.
The power couple tied the knot in 2013, and have a one-year-old son together. Last month, several publications speculated Mirza and Malik’s relationship had gone sour after the former posted a heartbreaking post on social media.
Speaking to The Express Tribune, Malik neither accepted nor denied the ongoing separation rumours and asked people to "leave it alone" and not poke into their "personal matters."
"It is our personal matter. Neither I nor my wife is answering this question. Leave it alone," he said firmly.
