Superstar Mahira Khan, while known for her acting, often makes headlines for her fashion statements. This time around, The Maula Jatt star turned heads at the Red Sea Film Festival for her sartorial choices.

Ditching gowns for a chic fusion outfit, Mahira chose a royal blue bodycon dress with the perfect ratio of matte versus glittery. The fusion dress-pantsuit ensemble looked ethereal hugging the Raees star's well-toned physique.

While one side of the dress was sleeveless, what made the outfit stand out was the other complete velvet sleeve with a glove. The dress also included a tail that Mahira draped over her arm to add oomph to the outfit.

With the statement dress, Mahira opted for simple statement gold accessories. With her locks open in loose curls, the actor looked gorgeous in subtle eye makeup, berry-toned glossy lip colour, flushed cheeks, and on-fleek brows.

Faraz Manan's constant muse, Mahira walked into the next event in the ace designer's translucent gold creation. The shimmery cape gown was paired with a sleek bun, silver dangling earrings with a subtle touch of turquoise, and dewy makeup to complete the look. The sheer cape gown came with a shimmery bodice of the same colour. The play of muted colours with glitter was on point. The designer posted a video of Mahira posing in the gown while coming out of her car for the event.

The festival in Jeddah, Saudia Arabia also had Bollywood actors in attendance with the likes of Kajol Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor, Mahira’s co-star Shah Rukh Khan, Akhshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan among others.

Mahira was photographed at an event sitting next to and talking to B-town’s Hrithik Roshan. The latter was casually dressed for the occasion in a white T-shirt and a grey suit. He paired his formal look with summery yellow spectacles to add some funk.

The renowned festival returned for its second, extended spell this year and opened with Jemima Goldsmith's What's Love Got To Do With It?. The cast and crew including Pakistani star Sajal Aly, Indian actor Shabana Azmi and director Shekhar Kapur attended the screening. Oliver Stone presides over the Red Sea competition, which has 16 films in the running for the Yusr Awards. Sajal looked stunning in a gorgeous ivory gown, while Jemima opted for a metallic number.
