Man held for allegedly molesting boy

Police arrested a man for his allegedly sexually abusing a 9-year-old child in TIP Housing Colony on Monday.
According to the police, they registered a case on the complaint of his father.
Taking notice of the incident, Haripur DPO issued orders to SDPO Circle Headquarters, Fida Muhammad and SHO Police Station City, Inspector Muhammad Arif to trace and arrest the accused immediately. The SHO police station city under the supervision of SDPO circle headquarters of the Police, arrested the suspect named Usman Ali, a rickshaw driver and seized the rickshaw used in the incident.
Police are looking into the case. On the same day, a man died when a truck and a pick-up collided with each other on Kangra Bypass.
The 32-year-old Wasim, a resident of Hattar and the driver of the pick-up died on the spot. On receiving the information, Rescue 1122 workers reached the spot and shifted the body to the Haripur Trauma Center. Later, the police handed over the body to the family after fulfilling medico-legal formalities.
