K-P health dept seeks missing reports for doctors’ promotion

The senior doctors were being promoted from district specialist Grade 18 to senior district specialist Grade 19

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Health Department has called for the missing annual performance reports for the promotion of nine senior doctors to the senior radiology posts.

The health department has issued a letter to the Medical Superintendents of Saidu Teaching Hospital Swat, Maulvi Amir Shah Hospital Peshawar, Services Hospital Peshawar, District Headquarters Hospital Abbottabad, and District Health Officer Lakki Marwat.

The health department said in the post that the doctors are being promoted from district specialist (radiology) Grade 18 to senior district specialist (radiology) Grade 19.

However, the annual performance reports of these doctors from 2014 to 2021 and from 2017 to 2021 are missing.

These doctors include Dr Ajmal Mahmood Khan, BBS, Teaching Hospital Abbottabad, Dr Hameedullah, Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Sarai Naurang, Lakki Marwat, Dr Mir Qadir, District Headquarters Hospital Miran Shah, Dr Sadia Begum, Saidu Group of Teaching Hospital Swat, Dr Noor Alam Khan Khalil, Services Hospital Peshawar, Dr Waqar Ansa Maulviji, Hospital Peshawar, Dr Waheedullah, District Headquarters Hospital Nowshera, Dr Shamshad Khan Afridi, District Headquarters Hospital, Landi Kotal, Khyber.

The missing annual performance reports of the previous years have been sought within the next 15 days.
