KARACHI:

Sindh Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that the current situation of the country is not hidden from anyone. Some elements are hatching conspiracy to harm Pakistan and mislead the nation. They are plotting to create riots and bloodshed in the country. He prayed May Allah protect everyone's life and property.

The minister expressed these views while addressing a press conference at Sindh Archives Complex on Saturday. On the issue of attack on PTI rally, he demanded in his personal capacity to constitute a medical board comprising international doctors or medical board at the federal level to determine the bullet injury to Imran Khan

Sharjeel claimed that PTI leadership is issuing contradictory statements on party chief's bullet injuries.

He questioned why the injured Imran Khan was taken to Shaukat Khanum Hospital, 150km away, instead of being taken to Gujarat District Headquarters which is 19km away from the crime scene. Sharjeel also demanded probe into the death of PTI activist Moazzam Gondal, who was martyred in the Long March.

He warned that Sindh police will take action against those who take to streets and block roads in Karachi or in any other part of the province.
