11 SIs promoted
A departmental promotion board meeting chaired by the Additional IG Establishment was held at the Central Police office, where a notification was issued approving the promotions of 11 office superintendents.
During the meeting, 5 office superintendents were approved for regular promotion to the post of assistant director, while 6 office superintendents were approved for promotion as officiating assistant director.
The cases of 14 officers were postponed due to the non-completion of ACRs, among other reasons. The meeting was attended by DIG Establishment 2, AIG Admin and Registrar CPO. Additional IG Establishment instructed the promoted officers to perform their duties with hard work and dedication, saying that a departmental promotion reflects an officer’s honor and greater responsibility.
