Malala meets Daniel Craig among others at ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’
Malala Yousafzai made a mesmerizing appearance at the BFI London Film Festival closing night gala for Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery at The Royal Festival Hall on Sunday. She was also captured standing next to the cast of the film, rubbing shoulders with Daniel Craig, and his wife Rachel Weisz.
This marks the 66th year of the event, making it one of the most integral film displays in the world. The festival took place from October 5 to 16, featuring various films such as Triangle of Sadness, Women Talking, Saint-Omer, and the Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.
The esteemed Nobel Prize winner, Malala was wrapped in a beautiful emerald green 'Sharlwar Kameez'. Similar to the intricate embroidery on her clothes, she stood out at the premiere of Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery as a glamorous guest.
On Instagram, Malala later showed her gratitude to Asser Malik, Edward Norton, and Shauna Robertson for inviting her to the premiere. She also mentioned her experience meeting the Knives Out cast and expressed great joy for her visit.
She comments, "The film is amazing and we loved meeting Kate Hudson, Daniel Craig, Dave Bautista, Ted Sarandos and everyone else in this wonderful film."
The British Film Institute (BFI) has been hosting the London Film Festival (LFF), an annual film celebration in the United Kingdom since 1957. The LFF takes place over two weeks in October. Over 300 features, documentaries, and shorts from over 50 nations are shown at the grand screening.
