Vehicle carrying a dead body was targeted via a landmine in Qabu area of Mastung, levies sources say

QUETTA:

At least three people were killed and four injured during a blast in Mastung district of Balochistan on Friday.

Levies sources told The Express Tribune that a vehicle carrying a dead body was targeted via a landmine in Qabu area of Mastung.

Deputy Commissioner Mastung Sultan Bugti said that the vehicle of tribal leader Shah Nawaz Bangulzai was targeted in the attack. He confirmed that three people were killed and four were injured in the attack, adding that the injured were rushed to Mastung hospital for medical treatment.

The tribal elder was carrying the dead body of a tube well operator, killed by unknown men in the Qabu area when he was targeted through a landmine.
