PESHAWAR:

A two-member bench of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) gave instructions to the provincial government to take necessary steps on the writ petition seeking establishment of the prosecutor general’s (PG) office in K-P.

The high court heard the writ filed by the Prosecution Association, in which they submitted that in other provinces, the offices of the prosecutor general and the advocate general are established separately, but in K-P, all affairs are run by the advocate general’s office.
