Armed robbers looted cash, mobile phones and other valuables from citizens at a tea shop within the limit of Azizabad police station late on Sunday.

According to details, four armed bandits, riding motorcycles, snatched Rs250,000, four expensive mobile phones and other valuables at gunpoint from citizens who were sitting at a tea shop - Makkah Hotel - in front of Miandad Sports, Karimabad.

The incident was immediately reported to Madadgar-15 who rushed to the spot, recorded statements of the victims and advised them to go to Azizabad police station to register the case.

It may be recalled that two bandits were caught by citizens when they reached Miandad Sports after looting money and other valuables from a mobile phone easy load shop behind Karimabad Meena Bazaar roughly two months ago.
