FPCCI urges to resolve issues

Qureshi said the business community is distraught due to the issue of customs tariff chapters 84 and 85

ISLAMABAD:

Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Regional Chairman/VP Muhammad Nadeem Qureshi called on Senator Muhammad Talha Mahmood, Federal Minister for States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) to discuss issues being faced by the business community, especially polymer waste importers and recyclers’ industry, taxes, customs tariff, electricity bills, inflation, various issues including the current economic situation. FPCCI Convener Atif Nawaz Mughal and Asif Sarwar, Deputy Convener of FPCCI RSC on “Polymer waste and Recycling” and others were also present. On this occasion, Qureshi said the business community is distraught due to the issue of customs tariff chapters 84 and 85.
