Educational institutions closed for two more days
Education Minister says many districts still flooded
KARACHI:
The Sindh Education Department has announced that all government and private educational institutions across province including Karachi, running under Sindh Education and Literacy Department, will remain closed for two more days, i.e. August 26 and 27, 2022, due to rain emergency.
Sindh Education Minister, Syed Sardar Ali Shah said that there is still flood in many districts of the province and under this situation, educational activity cannot be carried out, he said.
The coordinator examinations, University of Karachi, Dr. Syed Zafar Hussain has also said that all the exams, which were scheduled for August 26 and 27 under the University, have been postponed.
