The party's central meeting is scheduled for August 28.

Business community refuses to meet Gilani

The business community in Karachi refused to meet Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Monday after they were made to wait for two hours.

According to sources, traders and industrialists were scheduled to meet Gilani at 2pm on Monday afternoon at the Governor’s House in Karachi, but the prime minister was presiding over the Sindh cabinet meeting at that time.

The members of the business community argued that they are the stakeholders and the PM should meet them before chairing a cabinet meeting.
