Training programme: Fish farming workshop

Latest technologies would also be introduced during the training course.

The Punjab Fisheries Department of Fisheries Research and Training Institute is arranging a six-day fish farming training course, which will start on Aug 22.


Participants of the training course will be given the latest scientific information about fish farming. Awareness regarding modern techniques for fish farming will also be created during the course.

Under the course, the fish farmers will be imparted training to establish new farms and upgrade old ones. Latest technologies would also be introduced during the training course. The course will be held in the fisheries sub-training center situated at Rawal Town, Islamabad. Those who are interested in participating in this course can get enrolled by reaching the centre. They can also get information on the number: 051-9255833. Participants will be provided free-of-cost residential facility during the tenure of the course, while there is no other fee for the course.
