Over 148,000 to appear in BISE exams

Board chairman says steps taken to ensure nobody uses unfair means

Over 148,000 candidates would appear in the annual intermediate examinations 2022 at the notified centres under the aegis of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Multan.

This was stated by the Chairman of the Multan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Hafiz Muhammad Qasim, on Friday.

The examinations for second-year candidates would begin from Saturday (June 18) and for the first-year students from July 6.

The chairman, along with the Controller of Examinations, Hamid Saeed Bhatti, briefed the media at the Committee Room of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE)Multan.

The whole activity would be taking place simultaneously throughout Punjab from Saturday under the supervision of respective education boards, they said.

Hafiz Muhammad Qasim said that a number of steps had been taken by the education department in light of past experiences to plug chances of use of illegal means.
