Several children went missing at the crowded beach during Eid days. Some of them were, however, found and handed over to their parents with the help of police and citizens.

Search for other missing children including three-year-old Harris was on. Police have set up a helpdesk to assist citizens in case their kids go missing.

If SSP South Roy Ijaz said that the help desk was working in this regard and several children who went missing on Sea View were found and handed over to their parents. Citizens also played their role and took the children, separated from their parents to the police check post.

On the evening of the second day of Eidul Fitr (Wednesday), two children, three-year-old Jawariya and three-year-old Harris, went missing. Jawariya's father Naveed said that he lost his daughter in the crowd. He searched for her in every possible place but could not find her. Apart from various TV channels, he also posted a picture of his daughter and his phone number on social media. While also informed the Sea View police.

On Thursday morning, a citizen contacted the police and reached the police station with the girl. The police handed over Jawariya to her parents. The citizen said that he found Jawariya crying and he took her to his home after not finding her parents.

He contacted the police again on Thursday morning and handed over the girl to her parents. Later, a three-year-old Harris also went missing in the crowd. He searched for his son but could not find him. He also informed the police. The search for Harris was still on until Thursday evening.
