Balochistan gifts jet to Azad Kashmir

Balochistan government has extended full support and expressed solidarity with the people of Kashmir

QUETTA:

As a goodwill gesture, the Balochistan government has gifted its old VIP transport jet to the Azad Kashmir government.

“My government has gifted this air jet to Azad Kashmir government to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir,” Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo said while talking to Prime Minister Azad Kashmir, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, who called on him on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Bizenjo maintained that the people of Kashmir have sacrificed for Pakistan and faced the brunt of Indian atrocities.

“We thank the government of Balochistan and CM Quddus Bizenjo for this gift,” Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan said.

He said the Balochistan government has extended full support and expressed solidarity with the people of Kashmir.

Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan said Indian troops have committed every atrocity in the occupied valley against the defenseless civilians.

CM shared that the people of Balochistan stand united with their Kashmiri brethren in this time of need. He said his government would extend all possible support to the government and people of Kashmir.

It may be mentioned here that the old VIP transport jet has been mothballed after the purchase of a new plane by the Balochistan government.

The jet is parked at Quetta airport and currently not airworthy, the statement said.
