Have we found our very own Kate Sharma?

Pakistani model Mia Chaudhry bears striking resemblance to Netflix's latest sweetheart, Simone Ashley

By now, it won't be wrong to say we are all just a tad bit obsessed with Netflix's period drama, Bridgerton. The second season of the famous show dropped last month and safe to say, fans have been raving about the new storyline and characters. The second season of the show revolved around the Viscount of Bridgerton, Lord Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sharma.

Kate and Edwina Sharma have just returned to London from Bombay in hopes to find a suitor for the younger sister. The representation in the show has been lauded by many, with Simone Ashley's take on the fierce, independent Kate becoming the talk of the town.

While Simone has been the talk of the town since the season hit the streaming giant, we can't help but swoon over her how stunning she looked in the show. But hey, seems like we have found our very own Simone Ashley in Pakistan as well!

Singer Meesha Shafi took to Instagram and shared a few pictures of the Pakistani model, Mia Chaudhry, who bears a striking resemblance to Simone. Meesha, while sharing a picture of Mia, wrote, "Found our own Simone Ashley." And truth be told, we see it!

Mia's strong jawline and gorgeous complexion make a strong case for her to be touted as Simone's lookalike! Have a look here.

"Kate comes in very strong-minded," Ashley shared recently in an interview with Shondaland. "The Sharma family have just returned to London from India, and she’s on a mission. We discover there are some very high stakes about her intentions, but we understand that she’s on a quest to help Edwina find a true love match and to protect her family."

She went on to speak about her character and added, "Kate is incredibly reserved but very observant because she’s always got to be switched on to know what’s happening around her in order to protect Edwina. But then, obviously, Anthony comes along, and I think Kate starts to surrender to this idea of falling in love and letting someone in."
