PESHAWAR:

Special Assistant to Chief Minister Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) on Information Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif has said that they accept the Supreme Court’s ruling but they don’t agree with it because it is incomplete.

Addressing a press conference in Peshawar Saif said that there will be political and constitutional impact of the decision.

“This ruling has not solved the problems, it has created more problems instead,” he said, adding that still they accept the decision because there is no other option available.

“The problem is settled for the time being temporarily. There should have been a decision on Article 63 of the constitution too but judges paid no attention to it,” he observed.

“The Chief Justice should also pay attention to the affairs of Sindh House because the entire episode started from horse trading and offering of tickets,” he maintained, adding that a suo moto was also needed about the martyrs of Idar-e-Minhajul Quran.

“Political decisions are not made in the courtrooms,” he added.

“Shahbaz Sharif will now become the prime minister of this country. Why don’t courts pay attention to it. Why don’t they pay attention to Supreme Judicial Council. Imran Khan is a headache who will not leave the new government in peace,” he said.

“We will see how they rule the country because a man involved in money laundering is becoming the prime minister,” said Saif.

He said that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was sentenced and hanged with the help of Mufti Mehmood and Shah Ahmad Noorani but today Bilawal Bhutto stands united with the children of the same people.

Saif further accused that observing the Yome-Tashakar by Maulana Fazl Rehman was aimed at making the mosques political.
