Armaan Malik is ‘obsessed’ with Pasoori, says Coke Studio Pakistan is ‘next level’

The Indian singer shared a clip of him singing Ali Sethi, Shae Gill’s CS track on Twitter

The latest season of Coke Studio might be over but the fever isn’t dying anytime soon. The love for this season’s offering is only growing with time and the praises coming in from all corners of the world are just a sentiment of the same!

The latest addition on the bandwagon is award-winning Indian singer Armaan Malik! The celebrated artist is also a fan of Coke Studio Pakistan, and especially this season’s favourite track - Ali Sethi and Shae Gill’s, Pasoori.

The Dil Mein Ho Tum singer, who has been a part of Coke Studio India, took to Twitter to praise the leading music platform in its rival country. He wrote, “Coke Studio Pakistan is next level,” adding a fire emoji to his statement.

An hour after he lauded the platform for its incredible takeover this year, he continued to share his favourite amongst all songs produced. Malik wrote, “Currently obsessed with Pasoori by Ali Sethi and Shae Gill!” with a heart emoji. Not just that, he also sung a few lines from the song himself.

Trending months after its release, Pasoori has become a constant feature at weddings, in cafes, restaurants, cars - anywhere you go - and nobody is complaining! The hit banger song recently hit global ranking no 3 on Spotify’s Global Viral 50 list and singer Sethi was over the moon about the news!

Earlier, Indian Punjabi singer, Daler Mehndi, had nothing but admiration for the soulful composition of Tu Jhoom, sung by legendary singers Abida Parveen and Naseebo Lal. In awe of the latter’s powerful voice, the Tunak Tunak Tun hitmaker shared a video on Instagram to dedicate and display his love for Naseebo’s vocals in the song and otherwise.

“Today I want to tell you that Naseebo Lal has made a name for herself in India and everywhere in the world where people love music. Her voice is capable of conquering every music lover’s heart,” hailed Daler, adding, “Whoever is watching this, send lots of blessings to Naseebo Lal ji.” The Zor Ka Jhatka crooner further requested the Groove Mera singer to “keep delighting music lovers with her music.”
