Classic black, floral statements: Music industry A-listers bring their best to Grammys red carpet
Music's biggest night is the awards season event with the boldest looks, and moving the Grammys to Sin City certainly amped up the edginess -- the industry's top names sizzled Sunday on the red carpet.
Several celebrities showed up to the Grammys ready to make a statement, with standout looks including those sevred by Billie Eilish, SZA and Olivia Rodrigo. Here are some of our top picks for the best looks of the night.
Many industry A-listers opted for black, including Best New Artist winner Olivia Rodrigo, Academy Award-winner Billie Eilish and pop sensation Dua Lipa.
Olivia Rodrigo
Olivia made her Grammys debut, and her arrival was memorable. The 19-year-old, who racked up seven nominations, went for a body-conscious 90s look in a figure-hugging black Vivienne Westwood gown with pink accents and a choker, finished off with long gloves.
Billie Eilish
Grammys darling Billie, who was also up for seven awards and is fresh off a win at the Oscars, rocked a deconstructed black suit jacket fashioned into a cape to match her hair and square sunglasses.
Dua Lipa
Dua debuted her blonde hair at the Grammys red carpet, with the Levitating hit maker opting for a multi-buckled Versace dress from their fall 1992 collection inspired by bondage fashion. The singer added several gold chains around her neck to elevate the leather look, opting for a berry pout to keep things dark.
SZA
SZA wowed in a nude floral Jean Paul Gaultier number. The singer gave off major fairy vibes in the sheer figure-hugging dress, opting to wear her hair in soft waves falling over her shoulders. In keeping with the overall look, SZA kept her makeup understated, choosing a nude lip and brown eyes with a focus on fluttery lashes.
Megan Thee Stallion
The Hot Girl Summer rapper chose to embrace her wild side on the red carpet, opting for a slinky leopard print number. Baring one shoulder, the rapper chose to accessorise with chunky gold bracelets and snake-like matching earrings. She wore her hair sleek and straight, opting for a fierce cat eye that went glamorously well with the overall jungle theme of the look.
Justin Bieber
The Stay singer looked like something straight out of a 90s animated show, opting for an oversized grey suit and chunky shoes. The pop star chose to wear a white tank under the giant jacket, adding a pop of colour to the outfit with a pink beanie. He accessorised with a pair of sunglasses, walking arm in arm in wife Hailey Bieber, who went down a far more traditionally glamourous path in white silk.
