'Game-changers': Momina Mustehsan on spending Women's Day with Forbes in Abu Dhabi

Singer, who was featured on Forbes' '30 under 30' list in 2018, took to Instagram to share details of four-day event

Singer Momina Mustehsan recently took to Instagram to share details about her rather eventful Women’s Day spent in Abu Dhabi with Forbes. Sharing how women who have been honoured by Forbes in their “under 30” and “over 50” lists were brought together to “champion and mentor each other”, Momina posted pictures from the event as well as a detailed note giving an insight into what it was all about.

The Beparwah crooner, who was honoured on Forbes Asia’s “30 under 30” list in 2018, shared on Instagram, “I had the privilege and honour of being invited to spend this Women’s Day with some very accomplished women from around the world.” She explained how the four-day event was meant to “connect women leaders, wave-makers and game-changers from both their lister communities.”

She added how the event aimed to have the female guests “learn from and connect with each other by creating and curating environments to enable important dialogue, exchange of ideas, challenges, possible solutions and meaningful connections.”

Opting for a white Greek-inspired belted dress by designer Umaima Mustafa, the singer kept things formal with a black blazer hanging around her shoulders. She wore her signature red hair in a loose bun, opting for a pair of black open-toed heels to complete the look. She was pictured posing in front of a painting at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, where the event was held.

The singer concluded her post saying, “Witnessing so many women get together to champion and mentor each other was extremely inspiring to say the least. My heart is so full.”
