Development schemes in Narowal reviewed

Commissioner Ehsan Bhutta chaired a meeting at the Deputy Commissioner (DC) office on Saturday and reviewed development schemes and other issues.

DC Saba Asghar briefed the commissioner about ongoing development projects in the district including sports, higher education, education, roads, and buildings.

Additional Deputy Commissioner General (ADCG) Muhammad Hanif, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Javeria Maqbool, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance and Planning) Umer Farooq Warriach and other officers were also present. Addressing the participants, the Commissioner directed all officers to expedite development works while maintaining the quality of their work.

He also directed DC Narowal to closely monitor the development works and hold regular DCC meetings to ensure timely completion of the approved schemes.

The commissioner said that development works would be enhanced to boost employment.
