Govt stronger than ever, asserts Buzdar
Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said on Friday that the government was stronger than ever and the elements talking about a no-confidence motion would be embarrassed.
The chief minister said in a statement that the opposition had not done any service to the people during its rule.
He said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government had genuinely served the people.
Chief Minister Buzdar also thanked the people of Mandi Bahauddin for a successful public meeting of the PTI on Friday. He said the local people had once again shown that they wholeheartedly supported the party.

Congratulating the PTI parliamentarians, election candidates and workers, he said the public meeting had proved that Mandi Bahauddin was a stronghold of the party.
The chief minster said a ‘sea of people’ witnessed on the occasion was enough to open the eyes of the opposition parties who couldn’t gather half the crowd collectively.
The PTI would continue to be the most popular party in the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, he concluded.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Buzdar will proceed to Dubai on Saturday on a three-day visit, where he will be the chief guest at the agreement-signing ceremony for resuming the construction of Mubarak Centre with the Dhabi Group.
He would also hold meetings with officials of the group.
The chief minister expressed hope that the centre would promote trade and economic activities.
He said the deal would encourage foreign investment to create job opportunities.
