Aamir Liaquat had been dropping hints about Dania but no one noticed the 'teasers'

The wedding announcement wasn't the first time Hussain had posted Shah on his Instagram account

Popular television host and PTI MNA Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain has announced his third marriage with 18-year-old Syeda Dania Shah. Hussain tied the knot on Wednesday.

But the wedding announcement wasn't the first time Hussain had posted about Shah on his Instagram account. Over the last month, his third wife had been a constant feature on Hussain's handle. The MNA had been sharing TikTok videos of Shah with bizarre captions. A clip shared by him was captioned with, "Coming soon! Wait is going to be over soon," while another said, "Just few days left."

Hussain then broke the news with a picture from the wedding. Taking to Instagram, the television personality introduced his wife and wrote, "Last night, tie [the] knot with Syeda Dania Shah, 18." He went on to add, "She belongs to an honourable Najeeb ut Tarfain “Sadaat” family of Lodhran, South Punjab."

Adding on, he shared, "I would like to request all of my well-wishers, please pray for us. I have just passed the dark tunnel, it was a wrong turn." Shah, too, posted about their marriage and shared how her now husband was her 'ideal' since childhood. "Last night Kashee’s made me bride, it was a very special moment." She then added, "My husband is my ideal since my childhood."

The announcement comes a few hours after Tuba Anwar confirms divorce.

On Wednesday, after months of speculation, actor Tuba Aamir has confirmed she has filed for divorce from Hussain. Taking to Instagram, Tuba shared a statement, in which she revealed the couple has been separated for 14 months.

Citing 'no hope for reconciliation, Tuba further added she has 'opted to take Khula [divorce] from the court.

In an Instagram statement, the actor shared, “With a very heavy heart, I want to make people aware of a development in my life. My close family and friends are aware that after a separation of 14 months it was evident that there was no hope for reconciliation in sight and I had opted to take Khula from [the] court.”

Her statement further read, “I cannot express how difficult it has been but I trust Allah and His plans. I would appeal to everyone that my decision is respected during these testing times."
