ISLAMABAD:

Taking a jibe at the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for not having enough supporters for its anti-government campaign, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry on Sunday offered to provide “camels and horses” for the opposition party’s long march.

He said this in response to comments made by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari during a rally in Naseerabad.

“The way shouts were raised, it indicates the success of the visit to China,” he said. He added that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to China was successful and results will show that no conspiracy against the premier would succeed.

Commenting on the recent meeting of opposition parties, he said that “it was a meeting to cover up thefts and they have now turned into regional parties”.

Fawad said that “criminals” showed solidarity with each other on Kashmir Solidarity Day.

He said that ever since the issue of bank accounts came up, “love has been growing in the opposition parties”.

He said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leaders Shehbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif have used the “method” of PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
