LAHORE:

The Chief Minister of Punjab, Sardar Usman Buzdar, has said that any nefarious attempt of terrorists bent upon destroying the peace will fail.

In a statement issued on Friday, the CM said that Pakistan is on the path to economic development, but this process of development and prosperity is biting the enemy like a thorn. “Pakistan is desirous of regional peace, but there will be no compromise on national security,” he asserted.

Usman Buzdar vowed that the nefarious intentions of the enemy would never be fulfilled as every Pakistani was ready to sacrifice their life for the protection of their beloved homeland.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has set an example of public service by holding a lengthy open court in Taunsa Sharif.

He listened to public problems for many hours while standing and issued directions to officials concerned on the spot.

Thousands of people attended the open court.

Women and differently-abled persons also briefed the chief minister about their problems. He directed the concerned officials to take action on the applications and submit a report.

Usman Buzdar assured them that their problems would be resolved without delay and announced that he would also take feedback about the pace of disposal of applications.

The chief minister also held an open court in the Barthi area of Koh-e-Suleman and listened to the problems of the people.

He received applications and issued instructions to resolve them. He said that the people were his partners in moments of joy and sorrow.

“I am serving the people day and night by becoming your voice in Lahore,” he said.
