Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has been declared as the best chief minister in all four provinces, a new survey conducted by the Institute of Public Opinion Research (IPOR) highlighted on Tuesday.
The survey rated Buzdar at the top among all four chief ministers in terms of three years performance as 45% of the respondents of Punjab have named Buzdar as the best chief minister followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo.

It indicates that 41% of the KP people opined in endorsement of Mehmood Khan, 38% of Sindh opined in favour of Murad Ali Shah and 32% in favour of Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo.
The majority of respondents opined in favour of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar based on performance in education, health and development. Around 86% expressed satisfaction with measures taken by the government under the leadership of Chief Minister Buzdar for improving educational standards.
Similarly, 80% opined in favour of the KP government, 62% supported the Balochistan government and 58% showed their satisfaction over the steps taken by the Sindh government.
The Punjab government has also expanded the provision of healthcare facilities as 72% supported steps taken by it. The KP government came second with 67%, the Balochistan government secured the third slot with 56% and the Sindh government clinched the fourth position with 53% of the respondent supporting it.
In terms of development, 51% in Punjab were satisfied with the performance of Buzdar, 48% in KP, 43% in Balochistan and 38% in Sindh opined in favour of their respective chief ministers. Buzdar also remained prominent in terms of service delivery as 61% of the respondent from Punjab were satisfied with the steps taken by CM Usman Buzdar for improving service delivery in government departments, 69% showed trust over the KP government while 54% and 50% opined in favour of the Balochistan and Sindh governments respectively.
The IPOR was formed in 2011 to provide the highest quality research in a world of constantly changing dynamics.
