Hearing put off: Hajj case stalled as judge goes on leave
Kazmi said that suo moto action was taken against him on the statement of another former minister Azam Swati.

Hajj corruption case proceedings were stalled on Thursday after special judge central Federal Investigation Agency did not show up in court as he is on leave.
All accused, including former federal minister for religious affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi, were however present in the court.
The case will now be taken up on September 6 which is its next date of hearing.
While talking to the media, Kazmi said he had no option but to remain silent on whether or not the court will dispense justice. The former minister, who was brought in an armoured personnel carrier, said he was surprised on the grounds cited for the rejection of his post-arrest bail.
