Couple killed over domestic dispute
Police said that the accused was allegedly a drug addict with poor mental health
HARIPUR:
A man shot dead his brother and his wife over a domestic dispute at the Darwaza village, an area that falls within the limits of the Saddar police station in Haripur.
Haripur police said that Waqas killed his real brother Muhammad Tahir and his wife, Shazina Bibi. They added that the accused had fled away after committing the crime, however, he was later arrested and the weapon used in the murder was recovered.
Police shifted the bodies to the Haripur Trauma Centre, where after completion of medico-legal formalities, the bodies were handed over to the heirs.
Police said that the accused was allegedly a drug addict with poor mental health.
