Orders issued to clear roads in Galiyat

Abbottabad Deputy Commissioner Tariq Salam Marwat has directed officials concerned to make arrangements to rehabilitate all roads during snowfall in Galiyat and provide facilities to the tourists.
He was chairing a meeting regarding rehabilitation and cleaning of roads in Galiyat in case of snowfall as well as provision of emergency services. AAC Galiyat Amin Al Hassan and Galiyat Development Authority GDA Director gave a detailed briefing in this regard. Marwat directed GDA and C&W to set up a control room. He also ordered the departments concerned about the cleaning of washrooms and ensuring full access to the tourists, distribution of brushers at entry and exit points, supply of car chains at a low cost, constant supply of groceries in the markets, and implementation of rate list.
After the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Tariq Marwat accompanied by District Police Officer Abbottabad visited Galiyat. He inspected the control room and issued instructions to ensure the provision of facilities.
