Twitter lauds Zainab Abbas for ‘respecting’ Mohammad Rizwan during interview

After noticing the cricketer’s discomfort, the presenter conducted the interview outside of his line of vision

Sports presenter Zainab Abbas is being lauded on Twitter after she made an effort to make cricketer Mohammad Rizwan comfortable during an interview by conducting it from outside his line of vision. Abbas hosted the cricket team during an event recognising their hard work organised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Eagle-eyed Twitter users singled out pictures of the presenter and Rizwan, with one writing, “Zainab Abbas during the PCB awards realised Rizwan wasn’t comfortable with her standing in front so she decided to conduct his interview from the back. Great presence of mind and a hallmark of a true professional."
