No fears about the safety of the Interlagos circuit despite fatalities at the track.

FIA President Jean Todt says he has no fears about the safety of the Interlagos circuit despite fatalities at the track. Two stock car drivers were killed there in April but Todt is unconcerned about the safety of the track. “We’re aware of the incidents that occurred,” said Todt. “We made detailed inquiries. Everyone can rest assured that all measures will be taken to avoid such accidents.”
