Fire reduces dozens of books to ashes

RAWALPINDI:
Rawalpindi. Dozens of books and some furniture were burnt to ashes when a fire broke out at the Municipal National Library near Liaquat Bagh on Friday.
Upon receiving information, the rescue teams reached the site and extinguished the fire.
No loss of life was reported in the incident.
According to the Rescue 1122 spokesperson, a short circuit caused the fire.
