Four injured in robbery incidents
Four persons were injured in different incidents of firing in the city.
A man was injured when robbers opened fire on him on his resistance near railway crossing area of Shah Faisal Colony. The injured man was rushed to Jinnah Hospital where he was identified as Rashid, 24, son of Banaras.
In another similar incident in Janjal Goth area of SITE Superhighway, robbers opened fire on a man during a robbery and injured him. He was rushed to Civil Hospital. The injured man was identified as Saeed Muhammad, 28, son of Siraj.
Separately, one person was injured in a firing incident near Muhammad Chowk, Jamali Bridge on Super Highway in Superhighway Industrial Area. He was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where he was identified as Rustam Ali, 47, son of Sultan Ali.

In another incident, robbers opened fire near the Zardari petrol pump on the Super Highway in Sachal area, injuring one person for offering resistance during an armed robbery. He was shifted to Civil Hospital. According to police, the injured man was identified as Syed Muhammad, 29, son of Sartaj Khan. The condition of the injured man, who was shot in both hands, is said to be out of danger.
