Historical school building to get a facelift

The MPA said that the government was upgrading public sector schools in the province on priority

HAVELIAN:

A government school in Havelian needed a major repair, including boundary wall, for which a huge amount has been granted, said MPA and president PTI district Abbottabad Nisar Safdar.

He was accompanied by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Member Provincial Assembly Momina Basit during her visit to Government High School No.1 Havelian on Saturday.

The principal of the school briefed her about the issues of the school and said this is a historical building that needs major repair, including boundary walls.

Speaking on the occasion, Safdar said that Basit has generously granted huge amounts for the reconstruction of the boundary wall of the school. It is expected that she would provide more funds for the other needs of the school, he added.

The MPA said that the government was upgrading public sector schools in the province on priority.
