Cricket: Kaneria, Amin steer NBP into semis

Danish Kaneria and Noorul Amin claimed three wickets each as Habib Bank Limited (HBL) sailed into the semi-finals of the Cool & Cool Twenty20 Night Tournament 2011 with a four-wicket victory over CandyLand. Noor picked up three for 14 and Danish bagged three for 23 to help HBL dismiss Candyland for just 108 runs in 19.1 overs. Opener Jahid Ali (22) and Noor Muhammad (21) were the main scorers for Candyland. In reply, HBL achieved the target with three overs to spare following Ahmed Shahzad’s 26 after a wobbly start.
