The petitioner’s counsel implored the court that LHC had ordered legislation against the sit-ins and protests on The Mall Road in Muhammad Asghar Khan case. The provincial government had also prepared the draft for legislation on the orders of the court.
He contended that blind persons had staged protest on The Mall Road, so it is prayed the court that an order be passed to quarters concerned to implement the earlier order of the LHC, with letter and spirit, and legislation process be completed so that such activities be stopped from Mall Road.
