A young man was beaten to death with sticks during a fight in Gadap City area, whereas his father and brother were injured in the incident. Police arrived at the scene and arrested four people.
A brawl broke out between the residents of shanties in the Kathore area on Super Highway on Friday morning. Sticks and canes were used freely to beat opponents during the brawl, which left one youth dead on the spot and two others injured.

As soon as the incident was reported, a heavy contingent of police and rescue workers rushed to the spot and shifted the dead and injured to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. SHO Gadap City Inspector Notak Khan Baloch said the deceased was identified as Seema alias Channo, 25 and son of Bhago. Among the injured were his father Bhago, 55, and brother Jeevan, 17. Both sustained minor injuries and their condition was out of danger.
The SHO further said that the police immediately rushed to the spot and arrested four people including Shaukat, Muhammad Nato, Gul Sher and Muhammad Qasim.
