25 fresh coronavirus infections reported
At least 25 citizens were tested positive for coronavirus in the district during the last 24 hours, the health department spokesman revealed on Sunday.
He said that the total number of active cases in Faisalabad are 1,029 out of which 651 are home quarantining.
He added that 171 patients are under treatment in the Allied Hospital, 68 in DHQ Hospital and 41 in General Hospital.
As many as 2,814,996 people have gotten vaccinated against Covid-19 in the district so far as per the health department officials.

District Health Officer Dr Ataul Mun’im said on Sunday that 2,155,517 citizens were given the first dose while 607,979 received their second dose of vaccine.
He further said that a total of 29,661 health workers got first dose while 21,839 received their second dose.
He maintained that a sufficient stock of coronavirus vaccine is available in the district and citizens should immediately visit the nearest centres to get jabbed.
“As of now, 500,088 first doses and 333,392 second doses are in the stock of Faisalabad district.”
